Hello, I’m Cosmin. I design products that make complex tools feel clear and approachable.

These days, I’m shaping [Sesori](https://sesori.com/), bringing Ai coding workflows to your phone, and [VESPR](https://vespr.xyz/), a self-custody Cardano wallet. Before that, I designed Ai support experiences for Microsoft and Xbox, banking and Ai products at [Intive](https://www.intive.com/cases/case-insights-driven), and design systems for Deutsche Bank.

I also offer Ai consulting for product and design teams. I’ll help you find where Ai is genuinely useful in your UI/UX workflow, build practical processes around it and evaluate the results.

## Journey

### [2017–2023 · Microsoft engagement](https://cabaroiu.com/#microsoft-xbox)

I designed conversational support for Microsoft and Xbox, turning support journeys into guided conversations.

My work covered the interfaces and flows behind those conversations, helping Microsoft save millions of dollars in avoidable support costs. It also included telemetry dashboards and visual communications.

At Intive, I took an enterprise Ai assistant from early concepts through detailed product design, alongside digital banking work.

Across dashboards, onboarding, and payments, my focus was helping people navigate complex services with a clear next step.

I worked across VR, branding, and design systems for Infomediji, bringing brand and interface design into the same picture.

By streamlining onboarding, we increased onboarding completion by 5–7%.

I contributed product design to XOXNO, working at the intersection of digital finance and crypto.

### [2024–2025 · Deutsche Bank](https://cabaroiu.com/#deutsche-bank)

I rebuilt Deutsche Bank’s multi-brand design system around a shared, adaptable foundation.

Reusable components, design tokens, and practical guidelines gave designers and engineers a consistent way to build across banking brands.

I designed Dakora from the ground up, shaping a platform for taking Ai prompts from experimentation into production.

My work connected the product experience with its website, carrying the same clarity from the first introduction into the tool itself.

### [2025–now · VESPR](https://cabaroiu.com/#vespr)

I contribute product design and creative direction to VESPR, a self-custody wallet built for the Cardano ecosystem.

As part of the team behind its growth, I helped shape the product during a period when monthly recurring revenue reached a peak of 50,000 ADA.

### [2026 · Sesori](https://cabaroiu.com/#sesori)

I designed Sesori from the ground up, bringing Ai coding workflows from the desktop to your phone.

The challenge was keeping powerful tools simple on a small screen, so developers could follow their agents’ progress and stay in control. Together, we grew the product to more than 2,000 users.
