For Microsoft and Xbox, I designed conversational support that guides people through their problem one step at a time.

I worked on the interfaces and flows behind those conversations, which helped Microsoft save millions of dollars in avoidable support costs. I also designed telemetry dashboards and visual communications.

At Intive, I designed an Ai assistant that helps people use public services, including people with speech or hearing impairments and people less confident with technology. I took it from early concepts to detailed product design.

I also designed banking apps for green loans, from dashboards to onboarding and payments. On both projects, the goal was the same: make a complex service easy to follow, with a clear next step.

For Infomediji, I worked across VR, branding and design systems, so the brand and the interface told the same story.

We simplified onboarding and raised completion by 5–7%.

I worked on product design for XOXNO, where digital finance meets crypto.

I rebuilt Deutsche Bank’s multi-brand design system on one shared, adaptable foundation.

With reusable components, design tokens and practical guidelines, designers and engineers could build consistently across the bank’s brands.

I designed Dakora from scratch: a platform that takes Ai prompts from first experiments to production.

I designed the product and its website together, so the clarity people meet on their first visit carries through into the tool.

I work on product design and creative direction for VESPR, a self-custody wallet for the Cardano ecosystem.

As part of the team behind its growth, I helped shape the product through a stretch when monthly recurring revenue peaked at 50,000 ADA.
